Bermuda is an island located in the east of the North American continent, with a population of 68,268, making it the 201st
largest national population. Its capital
Hamilton and largest city is Hamilton with a total population of 969. The country
encompasses 53.3 square kilometers making it the 224th largest country in total area. It shares boundaries with North
Atlantic Ocean.

Queen Elizabeth the II of the United Kingdom is recognized as the Chief of State and achieves that status through heredity
and holds that position for life or abdication. She is represented by Governor Sir Richard Gozney. Premier Ewart Brown is
recognized as the Head of Government and, along with Deputy Premier Paula Cox, achieves that status following legislative
elections, where the leader of the majority party or the leader of the majority coalition is usually appointed premier by the
governor. Its form of government is a Parliamentary self-governing Overseas Territory of the United Kingdom and they
celebrate the creation of their constitution on 8th of June 1968.

The languages commonly or officially spoken are English and Portuguese. It counts among its major religions Anglican,
Roman Catholic, African Methodist Episcopal, other Protestant, other, unaffiliated, unspecified and none. As sources of
mass communication it has 5 AM, 3 FM, and 3 Television stations.

Major geographical features are Town Hill, its highest point at 76 meters and Atlantic Ocean, its lowest point at 0 meters.
Its principal waterway is Great Sound on the Atlantic Ocean, whose coastline measures 103 kilometers.

Major industries providing for the bulk of their Gross Domestic Product (GDP) are international business, tourism and light
manufacturing. Its official currency is Bermudian dollar.

Even though it is a small island there is a lot to see. Great pictures to take on the Harbours and
they have a neat way of collecting their fresh water by catching rain water which is why all their
roofs are white.
